There’s nothing better than word-of-mouth for building trust and authority with your market. But, as anyone who has ever been responsible for trying to collect case studies knows, not everyone is willing to talk about what they’ve bought and implemented.

But when you do get that Golden Ticket, you want to make the best of it. Make sure your Content developer has researched the company and the solution(s) your organization put in place. That could involve speaking with the Sales Executive or BDM responsible for that client, reviewing the client’s website, and of course, interviewing the client.
